The client's website had 4,241 errors and 22,179 warnings including 3,811 broken internal links, 266 pages returning 4XX status codes, 12,624 unminified JavaScript and CSS files, and 1,744 HTTPS pages linking to HTTP pages. The site needed a comprehensive technical SEO cleanup and migration to resolve these critical issues.
We performed a full technical SEO audit and migration cleanup, systematically addressing broken internal links, 4XX status pages, unminified assets, mixed content issues, uncached resources, missing meta descriptions, low word count pages, blocked resources in robots.txt, images without alt attributes, missing H1 headings, invalid structured data, broken images, and sitemap errors. The expanded crawl covered 5,000 pages vs. the previous 3,154.
Errors were reduced by 79% (4,241 → 899) and warnings by 80% (22,179 → 4,362). Broken internal links dropped 99.7% from 3,811 to just 11. In Google Search Console, 7-day clicks increased 842% (173 → 1,630), impressions grew 492%, and average position improved from 28.7 to 10.6. Over 28 days, clicks grew 767% (233 → 2,020) and average position improved from 64.3 to 17.4. Google Analytics showed active users up 45.5%.
